Value of food is good. Service can be better (more attend for customer needs) eg. come around more to check on servicing our wine on our table. I requested a window a seat was advise if customer not turn up I can have it but I was there from 7 till nearly 9pm, there's 2 empty table was not taken. Thank you.
Nice food and good service. My cousin and I had a joyful time chatting at the window seat overlooking the harbour. Plan to come again for dinner to enjoy the night view！
Nice environment, good food and excellent service. The waiters are so nice and suggested delicious food to us. However, might be related to the humid weather, the glasses were covered with water condesate and not able to veiw the night view. Will try to get there at day time for the puffet.
Boasting a beautiful 270-degree view of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour, Watermark provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic date or a special occasion. On the menu at Central’s Watermark you’ll find an array of international cuisine, with a focus on market-fresh seafood. Start your meal off by indulging in some freshly-shucked oysters of the day, or lobster bisque served with courgette fritters, before moving on to the main event, bound to be a memorable affair.
We recommend the sauteed white cod served with porcini, diamond clams, potato grenaille, zucchini and endive, or the gnocchi with lobster and prawn in a truffle emulsion with tomatoes and coriander, both of which are even more exquisite than they sound. If you’re not a fan of seafood, don’t worry, as there are choices to suit all tastes on the menu here. With its beautiful setting, Watermark is a popular choice for a special evening out or a sophisticated lunch date at Hong Kong’s waterfront. Snag the perfect table at this chic Central restaurant by making a reservation beforehand.
