They’re easy enough to find as well: just jump to MTR down to Wan Chai and take the exit out onto Thomson Road and you’ll be there in no time, scoffing away on some of the finest home-style Japanese food to be found anywhere in Hong Kong. Do makes sure that you book a table in advance, however, as they can get very busy on occasion.
