Uncle Padak in Hong Kong serves delicious Korean fried chicken and beer. Located on High Street in Sai Ying Pun, the menu was designed by top chefs who are dedicated to sharing Korean delights with the rest of the world. Local favourites include the soy wings fried chicken with your choice of either spicy or original soy wings, drums, boneless or bone-in chicken; the Korean rice balls which are handcrafted rice balls infused with crab roe and topped with crunchy seaweed; and of course, the unmissable Padak – a literal pile of boneless deep-fried chicken with rice cakes and dumplings served in a homemade sauce with green onions. The atmosphere is charming, the decor is stylish and the food is exceptional. Why wouldn’t you want to eat at Uncle Padak?

All of our chicken was delicious, however we wish we could've chosen what chicken pieces we wanted (we ordered the bone-in fried chicken). My group likes dark meat, and we would've liked the choice of white or dark meat. Otherwise, the wings and chicken pieces were juicy, spicy and tasty!
Some of the best, if not the best, Korean Fried Chicken in Hong Kong. Staff are so lovely too.
The seat next to us is supposed to be left empty under virus control. However, the restaurant kept asking people sit right next to us while waiting for their take away.
