Whether you’re in desire of a relaxed afternoon tea or a Sunday brunch with a touch of elegance, it’s little surprise that Hong Kong’s luxurious Grand Hyatt hotel has the solution. There are may restaurants and bars within the grounds of the hotel along Harbour Road in Wan Chai, and for a casual encounter with good company and fine food, coffee and drinks, Tiffin is the perfect venue. Take your pick from the western and European dishes offered up from the lunch and dinner buffets, or head straight for Chocolatier for homemade chocolates, pastries, cakes and gift hampers. Live entertainment completes the picture of easy elegance at this mezzanine level eatery overlooking the harbour and the hotel’s tranquil gardens.
Seems food quality and services at weekdays is better than weekends. Crowded, long queue for oysters and insufficient refills. The selection of desserts before renovation was better than the current one.
Overall quite nice environment. Selection of food is less than expected, in particular there is not much hot food available. Service team is quite stretched and had to get the coffee myself.
Very accommodative and great service. I would recommend to anyone with special occasions or even date night. Food is excellent especially the desserts. Great venue
