About Grand Hyatt - The Teppanroom
More about the restaurant: Grand Hyatt - The Teppanroom
Western and Japanese come together on the 16-seater teppanyaki grill table at The Teppanroom, the Grand Hyatt hotel’s concession to the famous acrobatic culinary tricks of Japanese teppanyaki with more than a pinch of fusion flair. Located on the mezzanine floor of the famous luxury hotel’s Harbour Road premises in Wan Chai, along with its sister Japanese restaurant Kaetsu, The Teppanroom is open for lunch Monday to Friday from noon until 2:30pm and daily for dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Here, innovative dishes are made with market-fresh ingredients – meat, seafood, seasonal vegetables and fruit – and the displays of show-cooking performance by the expert chefs are a fantastic way to kickstart or round off an evening in Hong Kong.
