A new collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens and the Press Room Group, The Fat Pig has been stirring things up on the 11th floor of Causeway Bay’s Times Square. Serving only hormone-free pork, The Fat Pig is committed to bringing diners the very highest quality cuisine. This Hong Kong restaurant features a menu that’s categorised by cooking methods – baked, grilled, cured or pot-roasted, for example – and by plate size, offering diners an innovative take on eating barbecue. With a rustically charming interior designed by Michaelis Boyd Associates, as well as a lovely outdoor terrace, The Fat Pig on Matheson Street is unlike an other dining destination in the city. Stay ahead of the pack by booking ahead for a table at this unique American restaurant.
Nice service, good food and vibe, will try to visit again with a larger group of people so we can order more variety of food.
the restaurant is nice. Good for small group people to chat and celebrate. Have a very smooth surprise for my guest and the service is so great, especially the staffs are very friendly and helpful enough. The foods are excellence, only personally suggest if the restaurant can serve the burger in the tea time as well (a full day menu should be good.)
Food was excellent and the deal regarding water is something many restaurants could learn from! Service was a little slow at first but picked up during the evening. Overall, very enjoyable.
