SPIGA in Hong Kong is an atmospheric and upmarket Italian restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Enrico Bartolini. This is Bartolini’s first restaurant outside of Italy and thankfully no flavour or authenticity has been lost on the journey from the homeland to Hong Kong’s Central district. With the majority of ingredients imported directly from Italy, the menu showcases the best of Italian regional cuisine. Guests can sample burrata from Puglia, Piedmontese beef carpaccio, spaghetti carbonara from Rome, a famous Florentine T-bone steak or Sicilian red prawns. Get a table before they're gone
Reserved a table of two and was arranged a bar table instead of a dining table. Spiga should have informed its guests that only bar table could be arranged before they went to the restaurant. We turned out rejecting the arrangement and went to LGB cafe downstairs.
Enjoyed the excellent ambience and food. The serving sizes could better.
Had the fantastic Sunday buffet lunch! The seafood were fresh and the salad very delicious. Will come back again!
