The happy hours get even happier when you know that if you drop by the restaurant’s central Soho location between 6pm and 8pm Tuesday through to Saturday you can enjoy half-price sundowner drinks and complimentary antipasti. Digging deeper into what has made Sole Mio’s Elgin Street address the default destination for many of Hong Kong’s Italian food fans, the motherlode is without a doubt the signature dishes created by head chef Victor and his team, whose encyclopaedic knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine imports the rustic simple flavours of the bel paese right into the heart of Soho. Their pastas and crispy, thin based pizzas never disappoint! We always go for the spaghetti Amatriciana and Capricciosa pizza. Friendly staff and attentive service. A hidden gem for lovers of Italian food.
