Sohofama is making waves in Hong Kong and Soho for its all-natural Chinese cuisine – no MSG, no chicken powder, no additives – made using purely organic ingredients sourced from Sohofama’s network of local suppliers. The restaurant itself, set among the many lifestyle shopping and dining options of Central’s PMQ at the intersection of Aberdeen Street and Hollywood Road, is an oasis of calm in the middle of the city, underlining Sohofama’s ethos of healthy eating in the centre of the metropolis. Using traditional Chinese ingredients and recipes, Sohofama’s range of seasonal herbal soups are designed to warm and uplift you both physically and mentally, while their house cocktails offer spiritual refreshment of a different kind. Signature dishes at this unique Soho-Central eatery include dishes destined to inspire a sense of nostalgia in Hong Kong diners: steamed whole crab in organic egg whites, 24-hour drunken prawns, and traditional pan-fried pancakes with spring onions. Many of the ingredients used in these and other of Sohofama’s dishes epitomise the farm-to-table concept. In fact, Sohofama operates a bite-sized urban organic farm on the outdoor patio at their PMQ premises, the bar features a mini hydroponic farm, and the walls are bedecked with functional grow-pots that the kitchen uses for its supply of herbs and greens. It’s harder to find a bolder, fresher, or more stylish restaurant concept in Hong Kong – bookings are strongly recommended.

Excellent friendly attentive service and innovative menu - the tea duck is amazing ; the egg yolk prawn was Not crunchy enough . Will go back to try other dishes.
Delicious food, we sat outside which was lovely, and the set lunch is great value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Great overall atmosphere, located in PMQ which I recommend entering from Staunton Rd entrance. Food was delicious beyond words and the staff were friendly too.
First time here for lunch. The set lunch was good value, pleasant service and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed out lunch. Will definitely return.

Great service and good food. We had to accommodate a vegan and another person with allergies to shellfish - which they handled without a problem
The best DIM SUM you can get. Do not miss to close your dinner with at least one of the great drinks at the bar.
Great food. We had a mix of dumplings and noodles. Service was a bit patchy. It was hard to get the attention of wait staff. Will come back and try again as our visit was during Easter.
