Fans of the classic American sack given a judicious, contemporary update need to pin this burger bar and restaurant to their dining maps of Hong Kong. The icing on the cake – or rather the ketchup on the patty, the sesame seed on the bun – is that Sixer Burger is located on the ground (beef) floor of Kolour in Tsuen Wan, one of Hong Kong’s premier shopping and leisure centres. Kolour’s Chung On Street entrance is easily reached from Kowloon and Hong Kong Island via Tsuen Wan MTR, it’s a pleasure to break up a day spent in retail therapy with a stop at Sixer Burger for vegetarian and classic meaty options, hot dogs, snacks and drinks.
