Outstanding service, even better food! Steamed potstickers were excellent, dry fried green beans were the best we have had since Beijing. Chili prawns were even better because our server had the presence of mind to ask if we would like the prawns peeled - always easier. You can’t go wrong at Sichuan Chef if you like Sichuan style food.
