Second Draft in Hong Kong is a gastro-pub with a difference. International dishes developed by Star chef May Chow are served sharing style, in small plates or larger platters, but these are not your usual gastro-pub fare. Take the French Toast, which is given a local twist and doused with foie-gras butter.
