Let off some steam by indulging in a sizzling steak served on a 500 degree plate at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. A legendary American franchise, Ruth’s Chris has been around for decades and continues to delight guests with incredible steaks and hearty mains fit for a king. The Kowloon location, found at the Tsim Sha Tsui Centre on Mody Road, is reminiscent of a New Orleans restaurant of olden times, with red leather seats and wood panelling throughout, as well as classic light fixtures and a stunning lounge area.
Beef is king at Hong Kong’s Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and that’s definitely a positive thing. The steaks on offer at the restaurant’s Kowloon branch are truly incredible. Cooked at 1,800 degrees in a broiler designed by Ruth herself, the steaks are succulent and full of incredible natural flavour. Other popular mains include the barbecued shrimp, lamb chops, stuffed chicken breast and Caribbean lobster tail, all extremely fresh and of the very best quality. Finish your meal with a decadent dessert – creme brulee, chocolate sin cake, or bread pudding with whiskey sauce, for example – before heading back out into busy Tsim Sha Tsui. Reservations are an absolute must!
