Very good service And the cheese cake with “happy anniversary” written on the dessert plate was fabulous
Great food and service. We had the T-bone, Cowboy ribeye and lamb chops; all were superb. Service with a smile and was efficient. Price was high but the servings were so enormous that sharing each meat dish between two adults was both feasible and filling - this made it better value for money. One chocolate lava cake serving was enough for four of us!

Utilising a 1,800 degree broiler – designed by founder Ruth Fertel herself – chef Wai Hung Chiu is able to essentially lock in the beef’s natural juices and flavour, offering pure steak bliss with no compromise. In addition to incredible steak, the restaurant on Queensway in Hong Kong’s Admiralty is also known for serving an array of international, American and seafood dishes, all of the very highest quality.
