Tucked away through an alley on Kam Ping Street, but still just a few blocks from North Point MTR and ferry pier, 青藏牛肉麵 Qinghai Tibetan Beef Noodles serves a loyal following of discerning diners rather than crowds of disinterested passers-by. Maybe that’s why they’ve managed to hone their skills on a handful of menu items, those demanded time and time again by the daily visitors who wouldn’t consider anything else.
