Last nite we were six ppl together。a bit disappointing the Seafood and Vegegie panella we ordered。Well less yummy then before？ Are they change the chef？
Great experience. Food was good. Service was excellent. Especially like the Spanish prawns and chilli prawns dishes. Price is a little high for this type of area but worth visiting
Portions were larger than expected for tapas - we shared 4 tapas and 1 paella between the two of us. The signature sangria was quite nice with the molecular foam (30% during happy hour too!)
Andalusia was where the concept of tapas originated, and Hong Kong’s OM Tapas is committed to providing diners with the most authentic Andalusian experience possible. Helmed by executive chef Antonio Moran who gained vast experience in a number of Spanish Michelin starred kitchens – Martin Berasategui (three Michelin stars), Lillas Pastia (one Michelin star) and Taberna del Alabardero (Michelin Guide) – OM adopts a ‘Spanish by Spanish’ concept, recreating traditional Spanish dishes using contemporary techniques and presentation. One Minded is located on Minden Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui, where a stylish interior and sharing menu make it the perfect place for any occasion.
From mouth watering meat dishes including slow-cooked oxtail and suckling pig, curious vegetarian options as well as fresh seafood, the menu has something to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. As well as being one of Hong Kong’s hottest spots during the week, OM Tapas is also the place to go for a Tsim Sha Tsui brunch on the weekend, owing to an exceptional all-you-can-eat menu. To guarantee a table, making a reservation at OM is recommended.
