On my visit, the staff were friendly and didn't make us feel hurried. When we finally ordered, the service was quick and the food well prepared, tasty and hot.

I hadn’t been there in some time, and was taking my girlfriend for the first time. As I remembered, the food and the service was amazing. Thank you very much!

The decor both inside and out is absolutely amazing! Felt like I had flown halfway around the world to eat in Tijuana! The furnishings and fabrics were super clean, fresh and not at all manky or faded looking like some of the other bland Montezuma's franchises I've been to previously. The service and bar staff were so welcoming and the food was served quickly. Portion sizes were enormous, apart from the large sour cream (needs to be WAY bigger for the price charged and to meet dining requirements). Definitely coming here again for a special occasion.

Great customer service and very quick to get served. Staff were all friendly and pleasant to deal with. Food and margaritas were delicious. My only issue was there seemed to be a lot of families with small children who were very noisy.

Having the vegan menu was excellent and I'm very grateful for this option :) The staff member we had serving our table was very lovely. The only downside was we were not advised one of the items we had chosen (vegan sour cream) wasn't available, I had to go and ask when it wasn't on my plate.
