Meats Hong Kong, right in the heart of SoHo, is a meat bar that strips back the fuss so you can enjoy premium, juicy and tender meat the way it’s meant to be served. Right on Staunton Street, the Meats Hong Kong menu offers everything from rotisserie chicken to homemade sausages and lamb shoulder that literally falls off the bone, all prepared by master meat chefs with only the finest seasonings and sauces. Oh, and Meats Hong Kong is part of the Pirata Group which is about as good a guarantee of a high-quality dining experience as you’ll find anywhere in the city. Reserve ahead of time to avoid missing out on this ridiculously good meat feast.

Good food and service with a smile so I will returm
Food was good. Fried rice was great. Dessert was fantastic. Service fabulous. But too hot and too noisy. Difficult to talk to friends
They fully deserve the name Meats. The meats are amazing, and you’ll love how the do the veggies to perfectly compliment the meats. And then... desserts to die for. Don’t leave without trying their Mo’s Million Chocolate Tart. Top it off wirh friendly helpful staff who are always keen to help, Meats is one of my favourite HK restaurants.
Meats Hong Kong is unlike other steakhouse in that there is no pretence anywhere in sight. The restaurant, right on Staunton Street in SoHo, is limited reservation and there’s never any service charges added to your bill. Meats is, in essence, a casual yet very stylish steakhouse to head to with your friends, roll up your sleeves and enjoy some of the most delicious meat in Hong Kong. The Meats Hong Kong team prepare traditional and unconventional cuts with various tried and tested techniques from charcoal grilling to rotisserie and house smoking. Hot damn, it’s good.
If you’re visiting Meats Hong Kong for dinner you’ll want to start with some small plates to scatter across the table. The beef tartare is a treat and the Galician octopus is a delicacy you shouldn’t miss. Or, to keep things simple, the chicken wings with Meats hot sauce and blue cheese sauce always go down well. Then, in terms of meaty mains, there’s duck leg, lamb shoulder, Iberian pork chop, smoked beef short ribs as well as everything else we’ve already mentioned. Real talk: there’s no steakhouse like Meats anywhere else in SoHo. Don’t delay. Reserve your table now.
