Established by the folks who brought you the abundantly successful Corner Kitchen Cafe, Mano Cafe serves up good ol’ fashioned home-style dishes in beautiful premises in Hong Kong’s Central, right near Tung Wah Hospital and close to numerous public transportation connections. Casual enough for grabbing a coffee on the go, but elegant enough for a romantic Southeast Asian-inspired dinner, Mano Cafe at The L Place on Queen’s Road Central has managed to become a Hong Kong favourite in just a short period of time.
Exhilarating experience on the whole. Highlights of the dinner were the "Hearty Oxtail Stew" and the "Coconut Rice", the former one was appropriately seasoned with tomato sauce and pepper, while the latter was also full of rice. Another sparkling point was that the coffee beans therein were homemade brewed. We did also enjoy our precious cups of cappuccinos today. Worth going place all in all!
Pleasant service and not too busy - good for a lunch meeting. Food tasty but a little over priced - salad bar, but no lunch set available.
Featuring a full bar with an impressive selection of fine wines, cocktails and craft beer, Mano Cafe on Queen’s Road Central is a great place for meeting friends in the evening hours. High-quality but affordable, the beverages at Mano Cafe are enough of a reason to visit all on their own, and beginning at 5pm on weekdays, guests are invited to take advantage of excellent happy hour specials on selected beverages. You’ll love the light and airy atmosphere – it’s the perfect place to refresh with great food and drinks after a long day at work in Hong Kong’s Central.
Serving healthy wraps, tasty Southeast Asian mains, salads, soups and smoothies, Mano Cafe offers up something for every palate. For a hearty lunch, try the pulled pork sandwich covered in a tangy barbecue sauce, served alongside mango salsa and Asian slaw. A nutritious yet flavourful choice is the Fiji prawn salad, topped with corn and an incredible coconut lime dressing.
