Famous as a chain of popular bars, M1 has long been a favourite on the Hong Kong clubbing scene. One of Causeway Bay and Wan Chai’s go-to party destinations, party animals flock to Universal House on Gloucester Road to dance til dawn, with top DJ’s providing tunes, regular live music, and a superb party atmosphere M1 is truly the place to be in Hong Kong if you are looking for a good time and something special to eat.
Take a look at M1’s Valentine’s menu!
They are doing a $488 happy meal deal including 1 appetizer and 2 main dishes. There are a lot you can choose from. I picked a scallop salad and lobster risotto and seafood platter. The portion is very big! risotto with a whole lobster and seafood platter with oyster, shrimps, mussels, bread crabs and clams. Enough for 3 people! We two are so full and definitely will come again! Live band is so nice too!!!
Quality and portion are excellent. The chorizo pizza was huge and crunchy. If you are 2, you can share easily the pizza with a salad. It was a bit dark for lunch, probably better to go during dinner and have a cocktail. Seems great reputation for drinks!
Hong Kong hotspots are known for their wide range of drinks, food and dancing options, and at M1 on Gloucester Road in Causeway Bay, you can have the whole lot. They bring in a refined group of revellers – M1 is the place to see and to be seen – as well as making it the ideal place to host a special occasion, event or party. Their bar menu is a sight to behold, whether it be an Australian barramundi with cauliflower puree, a German pork knuckle or one of their range of topping-heavy twelve-inch pizzas: perfect if you are a large group that wants to share.
Our pick of the pizzas is the Spanish chorizo, whereas we would also recommend the roasted rack of Lamb and the pork loin steak, served with gravy or black pepper sauce. No self-respecting bar would set up without a superb drinks selection as well, and M1 on Gloucester Road is no different. Champagne, red and white wines, and plenty of Scotch and Irish whiskies, as well as a few Japanese tipples too. If you’re in Causeway Bay and Wan Chai and looking for a place to party, you will not be disappointed by M1: so what are you waiting for? Book a table now.
