La Brezza

Another one of those worthwhile hidden gems up in the neighbourhood east of Tai Hang Street, La Brezza is a breath of fresh air for any Hong Kong Italian food fan. Not far up the hill from either Causeway Bay or Tin Hau MRT, La Brezza is an Italian restaurant and cafe that has everything from espresso and pasta dishes to dinner set menus full of authentic Italian goodness. The happy hours are long here if you’re looking for a discount drink and some antipasti, but even better is the evening menu, regularly re-chalked on the board and typically featuring dishes like smoked duck breast pasta and tiger prawn linguine, Australian Wagyu beef cheeks with black truffle mashed potato and, for the seafood fanatics, lobster bisque, cmals in a white wine sauce, scallop ceviche, and Alaska crab cakes.
