About Korea Meat Village 韓流村
More about the restaurant: Korea Meat Village 韓流村
It’s lively, it’s loud, it’s lavish and it’s altogether one of the funnest places to eat in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Korea Meat Village is tucked away from the glitzy store fronts of Nathan Road in the Katherine Centre on Chatham Road South, and it could hardly feel further from a world of superficiality here. Korea Meat Village is about authenticity, honesty and atmosphere. You’re best to book well ahead because this place buzzes at all times, but once you’ve lined up a table, get ready for one of Hong Kong’s greatest grill fests – tender pork belly, sizzling BBQ beef and chunky chicken are among the things that come piled up in mountains from the traditional Korean grill, accompanied by some seriously tasty (though unfortunately secret) housemade sauces and condiments. Korea Meat Village also serve up some supreme sociable broths (think of them as a Korean twist on Cantonese hotpot), oodles of vegetables and pigskin or chicken feet done deliciously for any curious palates.
