In KIWA, we specialize in Seiromushi - A traditional way of steaming the finest and freshest food ingredients in a Japanese handmade wooden box without any seasoning which offers a truly authentic taste and rich aroma with layers of the finest Hokkaido Wagyu, fresh seafood, Kurobuta pork, and seasonal vegetables from Japan which forms a healthy mix of textures and flavours that are subtle and delicate.
