With a cosy spot inside Landwide Commercial Building on Austin Road, feeling homely with warm lighting and soft sofa seating, Kam Tin Long Sushi Restaurant is a superb choice for an easy but satisfying midday meal. Whether swinging by for a quick business lunch or sitting down with a friend for a longer affair, Kam Tin Long provides a wonderful, relaxed backdrop for some delicious Japanese dining. Like the rest of Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui doesn’t exactly have a shortage of Japanese sushi joints, but Kam Tin Long carries a lot less fuss than most of this quality – of course slithering fresh seafood features prominently, but tuck into one of Kam Tin Long’s gorgeous meat sets (we can’t choose between the Kyushu BBQ pork and the sliced beef with udon) to see a real point of difference from the average sushi spot.
