Jo Jo's Kebab Pizza & Curry

It’s not too often you get to combine kebabs and pizza and curry, but Jo Jo’s of Hong Kong makes it all possible with a wonderful fast food restaurant at Pier 7, Central Star Ferry. This is a very popular spot because it’s simple and fuss-free with a menu full of Italian and Indian favourites, many of which are halal and all of which are damn tasty. With regular deals and weekday offers at lunchtime as well as at dinner, we can’t think of too many places around Central that are as worth a reservation as Jo Jo’s Kebab Pizza & Curry.

Hong Kong loves food on the move, and when you look at restaurants like Jo Jo’s Kebab Pizza & Curry it’s no surprise why. It’s a great setting, first and foremost, with a location on the upper deck of Pier 7 at Central Star that looks out over Victoria Harbour, then when you factor in the warm, family-feel welcome and the cracking food, well, it’s clear you’re onto a winner. Italian pizzas and pasta are on offer at Jo Jo’s as well as Indian specialities and kebabs that are irresistibly moreish – our mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Hong Kong, Central, ladies, gentlemen, some dishes we have pleasure in recommending include the Indian butter chicken, aloo gobi and an indulgent lamb biryani that’s prepared with saffron. Meanwhile, the four seasons pizza is not to be missed, and the Jo Jo’s special is topped to perfection with pineapple, chicken, pepperoni, green peppers, garlic, mushroom and onion. Jo Jo’s Kebab Pizza & Curry is a little gem.
