Jardin de Jade, in the Sun Hung Kai centre along Harbour Road in Wan Chai, is the flagship Hong Kong branch of the King Mang Group of premium Chinese restaurants. An innovative and stylish dining environment combines with award-winning dishes to create an experience worthy of Michelin stars and a Gold Award from the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Amongst twenty other King Mang restaurants, Jardin de Jade is the original, and rightly synonymous with innovative Shanghai cuisine.

The Jardin de Jade restaurant was founded in 1999 as King Mang Group’s first branded outlet. Jardin de Jade creates healthy, delicious, innovative dishes that are true to the essence of Chinese cooking. Jardin de Jade also provides a high-quality, modern dining service to customers around Shanghai and other major cities in China and overseas with innovative, stylish dining environments. Today, Jardin de Jade has over twenty branches in operation in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong (in the Sun Hung Kai Centre along Harbour Road in Wan Chai), Macau, Suzhou, Hangzhou and elsewhere. Jardin de Jade has been awarded the title of Shanghai Famous Brand, Michelin star restaurant, among other honours. Over time, Jardin de Jade has become synonymous with innovative Shanghai cuisine.
Jardin de Jade opened its first store in Hong Kong in the downtown Wan Chai area. With every restaurant in the chain decorated with a different concept, the Hong Kong branch’s unique design and elegant lighting makes this Harbour Road outlet, in the Sun Hung Kai Centre, really shine. Indeed, in 2013 and 2014, Jardin de Jade Hong Kong was awarded a Michelin star. Furthermore, 2012 saw Jardin de Jade’s Harbour Road premises receive the Gold Award in the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s Best of the Best Culinary Awards for its steamed Mandarin fish rolls with mashed bean. Jardin de Jade can be found close to the Wan Chai ferry terminal, in the Sun Hung Kai Centre along Harbour Road.
