Hong Kong’s bustling Causeway Bay is a long way from the gently lapped shores of southern Italy, but at INVOLTINI Italian Cuisine these two worlds do not seem so far apart. This popular Italian restaurant on Lockhart Road, unlike the vast majority of western restaurants, dishes up fresh, handmade pasta, simply dressed with the highest quality ingredients. No sloppy industrially made sauces to hide anything here, just 00-flour and imported Italian eggs, mixed by hand daily into a tasty dough, then cooked to order and served with the best cured meats or seafood from Italy, fresh vegetables and good olive oil. Throw in their trademark tiramisu made with three different espresso varieties and you already have multiple reasons to book a table and taste Italian food like nonna makes it in downtown Hong Kong.

(Home made pasta was cold, and the texture was nothing special) -Price: way too expensive for this kind of quality and portion (We ordered three dishes and a bottle of water. All together over HK$1000) Portion was way too small. I (a female) could finish the pasta in 3 to 4 bites. -感覺入了謀人寺!
Hairy crab dinner menu was great. Service was good and atmosphere was nice and causal. Chef was very friendly and came out a few times from kitchen to chat with us. Will def come back.
I have no regret to pick INVOLTINI as my hubby's birthday dinner. The area is not big, around 30 seats but this is exactly what we want to enjoy a quiet and warm atmosphere. We've ordered the following from the menu: Section of Italian Cold Cut - portion enough for 3 to 4 people Short rib &m5 wagyu sirloin RED PRAWN TAGLIOLINI - homemade pasta All foods taste very good and yummy.
