High Tide

“The tide is high and we’re holding on…” So sang The Paragons, and indeed Debbie Harry at a later date, and at High Tide on Ngan Kwong Wan Road in Mui Wo, they are certainly maintaining a reputation. They closed recently out on the Hong Kong Riviera, but they’ve no sooner closed as opened again, and now they offer up a classically Thai menu to the hungry punters of Hong Kong. Chef Sukjai has travelled all of Thailand and further afield to build a selection of specialities that accurately reflects the diversity and breadth of dishes on offer in his homeland, even going as far as growing his own herbs and spices in their own backyard.
