Located on the lobby level of the landmark hotel along Harbour Road, minutes from Wan Chai station and across the road from the waterfront Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse boasts four private dining rooms for up to 32 diners, areas overlooking the lobby, each with its own salad bar. Other features are the oyster and seafood bar, but you’ll be reserving, naturally, for the premium cuts of beef from the USA, Canada, and Japan, not to mention the 600 bottles of international wines drawn from 160 labels.
I visited this restaurant 3 times in 2 months. Services and ambient have been great. The biggest problem is the steak quality, it's too dry and the meat is not juicy.
