The product of two of Hong Kong’s most accomplished European culinary minds, it is no surprise that G. Gallery in Lai Chi Kok offers one of the city’s most exquisite French-inspired international dining experiences. Calling on decades of combined experience in 5-star hotels and leading western restaurants, culinary director Gary Ching and chef de cuisine Pino Lau have made this elegant, refined eatery on Cheung Sha Wan Road a sophisticated eatery that’s hard to fault. The dishes are aesthetically pristine, and the taste is even cleaner. Be it Asian-style seaweed crab roe cake, succulent Australian wagyu beef, French classics or Italian staples like pizza and pasta, whatever finds its way onto G. Gallery’s impressive menus is created with utmost skill and attention to detail.
It was a great meal with good service. We order the set menu, and everything was as expected. We enjoyed our visit to the restaurant. We also liked the free corkage policy.
