About E.Q Restaurant

Coming over from Hong Kong Island, or even up from Mong Kok and Sham Shui Po, Lai Chi Kok can be a breath of fresh air – a bit less built up, slower moving streams of people and some lush green hills to look over you. To throw yourself fully into relaxation mode though, we recommend heading a bit further uphill, latching onto Castle Peak Road where you’ll find E.Q Restaurant and some serious comfort food. Offering satisfying British and western favourites, settle in and recuperate at E.Q Restaurant with some hearty bacon, eggs and beans, crispy chicken salad, beefy burgers or just good old club sandwiches. For some it’s the taste of home and for others it’s something new, but for everybody E.Q Restaurant is a rewarding retreat.
