It is a very impressive restaurant with high quality of food and an acceptable price. The room is enough and the waiters work fast. Overall it is an enjoyable experience and will definitely come again!
Overall service is good. Very speedy delivery of food. No need to wait at lobby before getting in which used to be very crowded. Food quality and cleanliness is up to standard as the last time I visited. Few drawbacks at my day of visit : 1. Ice-cream counter stopped too earlier, at around 11:10 as the restaurant closed for staff annual dinner at 11:30 2. Some food stopped supply too early (i.e. fish head) on our 3rd order sheets without informing us until we asked the waiter. 3. American Express card is not accepted which is not convenient at all. Can consider to add it.
The food is overall fresh and good. My son is 9 years old and need to count as adult charged. Before checking the bill, they just presumed that all adults charged and didn't ask us. When I questioned about that, the staff needed us to provide ID document to prove his age. Of course I didn't bring any. The point is that the staff didn't ask us the exact number of adult and child aged 10 or below before charging us. And in your webpage, it is written clearly that child aged 3-12 as child fare (It is confusing that child fare is below 10 as written in your restaurant!) If ID proof is necessary for all children, why don't post this condition in the webpage to remind all the guests.
The experience at the restaurant is surprisingly good, in view of a Hong Kong style hot pot restaurant. The environment is spacious and I've a got a great spot for two people at a quite comfortable area. I like that there's a tray beside the table to put the food, instead of having everything packed on the table. The place is quite pleasant. One thing I hope to improve is the service of the staff, they are quite helpful sometimes to pick up unnecessary plates; while sometimes it's very hard to ask them for help. I would definitely come again.
One of my favourite restaurant! Place is nice and clean,not very crowded; service is good and waitresses/Waiters are polite. It's yes that you need to wait for long if you don't make any reservation because the restaurant deserves more customers and full tables. I would suggest that people reserve for a table, either by phone or online,instead of walk-in. It's very convenient. I have been reserving tables from this website and this website is user friendly.
Disappointed. We booked the table for 10 but finally we only have 8. When we arrived the Resturant the reception told us they already reserved a table of 10 for us & if we could pay 9 persons then we could sit down on the same table plus 2 hot pots the we accepted to pay one more hkd168+10%. When we finished & settled the bill then one of staff who look like Manager & asked us to pay more Hkd55+10% & this amount was for the 2nd hot pot. We briefed me what the reception completed to us. Another staff who was wearing the black uniform & asked us to pay this extra amount again but they didn't ask to reception come out to prove what she offered before we eat. Food & spaces are good there. I'm the repeat client & last time we were total 18 persons & come from HK. Small money but you will be lost the clients
super short waiting time, even i hv come in advance, around 15 mins earlier. the food are fresh, staff are gentle. But it would be a merit if there would be a yogurt delight the the whole dunning experience, instead of only ice cream. I would highly recommentd here to my fds.

Online booking is so convenient, you will receive the booking number through email right after your book. Quick access to the table when you have already booked. Food and drinks are great, services are fine! Highly recommended. It is a bit far for me as I live in HK Island. Hope they will have another branch soon!
We had five people, and we got seated immediately after reporting our presence. The environment was not too crowded with people, and the air-con was normally operated. We were very happy with the quality and choice of food, the service was not upsetting as well. One of the best choices among hotpot restaurants in Tsuen Wan!
Great, this is my second time to visit, the quality was still high. And, I am highly recommend this restaurant, but the time for waiting table need to be improved . We booked the table but we still need to wait at least half an hour.
Food is great and the environment is comfortable as well. But there were a constant missing of the ordered food such as udon and shrimp, and even if we ordered them again, they are still not delivered. Perhaps some food with quota?
There was excellent service on each servers, let me feel very warm. The food is good too, especially the drumping and the beef, I love the taste very much. I would introduce to my friends and will come to EPot again shortly.
I made the reservation through Quandoo. It's very convenience as 一鍋堂always full booking. The price for 一鍋堂 EPot are reasonable for the level of service.
I have visited this restaurant over 5 times. Me and my friends had very good time and enjoy so much the meal. Good environment, good service and of course the high quality of food. Will visit again very soon!
Worthy and value for money! There is a great variety of food and drinks and the quality of food is good. There are fishs, shrimps and calms which is quite fresh! Good that it can be booked as there are long line waiting outside the shop!
foods OK with good and comfortable environment. 2.5 hours for eating are better than the other restaurants for offering only 2 hours. food quantity is much more than usual so you have to pay attention when you place your order to avoid wasting food
