Ding Ding? More like dindins, if you ask us. The Chinese food on offer in this corner of Hong Kong does more than ring a bell: it strikes a chord, and, if you’ve got a minute, a pose, a bargain and a balance as well, with stylish, affordable and healthy Sino specialities on offer down in Yuen Long. They strike more often than a French railway worker playing baseball in 1917 Petrograd. Striking stuff then, as we’re sure you’ll agree, how do you join this particular prandial picket line? Well first up, you’ll need to be in Yuen Long – the Hing Wong building on Sai Ching Street in particular – and secondly you’ll need to book a table, as they do get awful busy. Finally, you’ll need to bring your biggest appetite, as the Chinese classics just keep coming and coming.
Me and my old friend dined at this restaurant in Ding Ding ( Yuen Long) on 2.11.2017 , at 14:30 pm. Many thing we actually enjoyed!
