Authentic, fresh, and healthy Vietnamese cuisine is what’s on offer at Deli Viet’s Tung Chung outlet. One of three locations, this branch, found inside Citygate Outlets on Tat Tung Road in Hong Kong’s New Territories, is one of the area’s most stylish restaurants. The cuisine on offer at Deli Viet is colourful, the textures are distinct and the flavours are sharp – dining at this local favourite is a full sensory experience.
Since 2004, Deli Viet has been leading the charge among Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong, and with three outlets around the city, it must be doing something right. We think it must be the combination of amazing food, smiling service and sleek atmosphere making the Tung Chung outlet such a huge hit – you’ll have to experience it for yourself and form your own opinion (after booking in advance!).
Deli Viet inside Tung Chung’s Citygate Outlets has an extensive menu of delicious Vietnamese choices, but their signature dishes are where the restaurant really shines. Dishes like the roasted chicken in preserved bean curd sauce, pineapple & tiger prawn salad with pomelo, baked king prawn with garlic butter & bacon, fresh sirloin with rice & noodles, and deep-fried soft-shell crab in pepper & salt are some of Deli Viet’s top picks, alongside sweet drinks and desserts like blueberry soda with chia seed and coconut-flavoured black glutinous rice with mango. We can’t recommend this New Territories restaurant enough for its nourishing and fresh Vietnamese cuisine – open seven days a week, Hong Kong’s Deli Viet looks forward to taking you by surprise with its otherworldly offerings.
