About D. H. Crab
More about the restaurant: D. H. Crab
Named after Dutch Harbor, Alaska, a major fishing industry hub from where proprietor Jeff Ronan spent a year working on a Pacific trawler, D. H. Crab brings an American take on seafood to Hong Kong’s Quarry Bay. Taking advantage of the local love of seafood and crab in particular, Ronan has perfected signature dishes like his Alaskan king crab po-boys. Not a fan of crab? Get your fix of jumbo shrimp or steak wedged into a freshly-baked roll instead. Go New England with a Maine lobster salad, and do the right thing by the USA by pairing up your grub with a cola and some potato chips. D. H. Crab’s Taikoo Place premises, tucked down Hoi Kwong Street, are cosy enough to make bookings essential for this straight-shootin’ American seafood restaurant.
