There isn’t much need to over-complicate food like this, and the good folks at CaKIR – as we assume they refer to themselves – don’t make their lives harder than they need to be. Curries come as chicken, mutton, beef or seafood, and the tandoori dishes include the likes of chicken tikka, lamb tikka, lamb chops and pomfret fish, and there are also starters such as pakoras, poppadoms and samosas.
