Very nice food and ambiance. Service is excellent. Mangoes cake is a must to have. Beef, lobster and scallops are excellent. Antipasta buffet will fill any big eaters stomach
My wife and I had an enjoyable lunch at Cova which is part of my celetrations for her birthday. The place is cosy and the waiters most amiable. They even arranged for her a candle lit birthday cake and sang birthday song. We were very much impressed, and will definitely come again next time.
Very good ambience with beautiful decoration. Anti pasta table is very nice. Scallop is tasty. Mango cake is a must with a cup of hot breakfast tea
Matching the elegant surroundings perfectly, the Italian dishes on offer are rich, flavoursome and made with high-quality ingredients. We recommend beginning with the lobster bisque; cream of fennel served with turbot and caviar or the chilled cherry tomato soup with crab. Then, pasta fans will love the Cova Hong Kong selection and we advise tucking into the spaghetti Genovese cooked with prawns and pesto; egg yolk raviolo with guinea fowl and truffles or the decadent linguine aglio e olio with chilli and fresh sea scallops.
As for the mains, well, let’s just say you’ll be in for a treat at Cova Lee Gardens. Keep a close eye out for the roasted quail breast and pan-fried duck liver served with fresh fig compote; sauternes and red wine reduction; pan-fried Brittany cod cooked in a sauternes saffron sauce or the slow-cooked rack of lamb served with gravy, mint and eggplant in carrozza.
