You’ll find some truly creative dishes adorning the menu here, including starters of lobster bisque; foie gras terrine served with Champagne jelly; slow-cooked farm egg and asparagus and a unique lobster tiramisu. If you are particularly partial to pasta and risotto, the quality at Cova Tsim Sha Tsui is some of the best town. We love the Italian classic linguine aglio olio served with chilli and sea scallops; paccheri with gurnard fillet and sweet capsicum; porcini risotto or the exceptional tagliolini with white truffle.

For the main event at Cova Harbour City at Gateway Arcade, keep an eye out for the crispy skinned salmon served with asparagus; succulent lamb with eggplant and cherry tomatoes; beef tenderloin with porcini and polenta or the wonderful rack of lamb cooked in fine herbs. All of which, melt in your mouth. Located along Gateway Boulevard within Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Cove Hong Kong is well worth a reservation if you love high-quality Italian and European cuisine set in a truly special restaurant.
