About Côte Dorchester

“Simple yet great value”
– Olive MagazineOne of many compliments we can pay Côte Brasserie is that dining here never feels like a chore. Quite the opposite, in fact, a meal here is effortless. All one must do is sit back amongst typically French decor and enjoy typically French food served with typical French hospitality – easy peasy. This particular Côte Brasserie is in Dorchester nestled on the charming Brewery Square, and when in the centre of this lovely town, it’s almost rude not to pay Côte a visit. Nowhere else will you find this calibre of dining experience for such a wallet-friendly price tag.

More about Côte Dorchester, Dorchester

When Dorchester wants French food, the black and white striped awnings of Côte Brasserie are extended from morning until night. In other words, all-day dining is championed at this marvellous French restaurant, and the atmosphere could not be more relaxed. Set right in the middle of Dorchester at Brewery Square and almost equidistant from Dorchester West and Dorchester South train stations, this Côte Brasserie is perfectly placed and, in fact, one of the larger restaurants when compared to its brothers and sisters up and down the UK.

Breakfast with French toast, eggs benedict, florentine, or royale, or opt for a simple French pastry with cup of quality coffee. Should your visit be a little later in the day, however, then light lunch with chicken and walnut salad with French beans or some sauteed salmon fish cakes, complete with a dill and wholegrain mustard sauce. As terrific and continental as all of that is, we must say that it’s the larger plates where Côte Brasserie Dorchester really shows off. Try the roast duck breast served pink with potato gratin, the rump of lamb or a traditional beef Bourguignon. This restaurant is a town centre treat so reserve your table now.

Great food, excellent service and relaxed setting. My birthday was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work. Always return here, had a try at the Bournemouth Cote last year and although good was not relaxed and tables were too close together. Dorchester is perfect.
