今晚來來雞煲火鍋料理 - Come Tonight Chicken Hotpot

Come Tonight Chicken Hotpot are, as you might expect, among the best exponents of authentic Cantonese hotpot in Hong Kong, but there’s a lot more on offer at this nondescript restaurant inside the Kyoto Plaza on Lockhart Road. For those who like the heat this is a great place to share a spicy soup, because there are no holds barred when it comes to chilli distribution. In addition to its eponymous broth, Come Tonight Chicken Hotpot put some sting into their spicy pork and raw garlic entree or the sticky duck gizzard. For something a bit milder but no less tasty we can’t go past the seafood hot pot bursting with lively flavours and fresh vegetables, which of course lends itself just as well as its spicy chicken cousin to the bits and pieces you dip in, especially tender konyaku noodles and Asian beancurd rolls. Although on the 11th floor, Come Tonight gets packed, particularly in winter (for obvious reasons) so booking ahead is always a good idea.
