Just behind the HKU MTR Station on South Lane, COBO HOUSE shines as one of the most progressive restaurants Hong Kong has ever seen. This gourmet restaurant is large to say the least and covers around 3000 square feet over two floors and caters for up to 82 diners. Impressive right? Along with progressive cuisine comes incredible style at this Shek Tong Tsui hotspot, leaving diners in awe with its sleek contemporary design, modern furnishings and fine art lining the walls.
The menu changes often at COBO House, depending on what’s fresh in the restaurant’s Okinawa sea and sand garden (the first in Hong Kong). But you can expect to be met with dishes like the lobster trio of baked lobster with saffron cream sauce, conpoy crumble, Inaniwa udon, dried shrimp and chilli; fully loaded beef burger on a homemade poppy seed bun with caramelised onions, smoked cheddar and crispy potato wedges, or the grilled salmon risotto cooked with sake and pollack roe. A visit to COBO HOUSE is not complete be complete without something sweet though. We love the Popcorn Mountain dessert of popcorn, corn ice cream, corn dressing and Himalayan Pink Salt which is exclusively created for diners here in Shek Tong Tsui. Needless to say, reservations are an absolute must for this sleek modern restaurant set to take over Hong Kong. Book your experience today.
