A coup de grace for the Cafe Deco Group, Café de Paris travels to France for inspiration, establishing itself as an elegant Parisian street bistro-style restaurant and café in the trendy Soho neighbourhood of Hong Kong’s Central district. This award-winning venue has the bistro look and feel down pat, with wooden panelling, tiled floors, deep red accents and classic light fixtures throughout settling a relaxed and refined ambience over the café’s Elgin Street premises. A fantastic selection of French vintages complements a menu replete with classic of Gallic gastronomy – seared duck foie gras, steak tartare, herbed and buttered moules marniere, and a classic steak entrecote prepared from premium Black Angus beef with Café de Paris house butter sauce.
We were attracted by the hkd88 black Angus deal and expected a catch but there isn't one It was beautifully presented and is simply a bargain Decor is well considered and very reminiscent of Paris
Bistro style french restaurant with cozy decoration in the heart of Hong Kong. Service is not very attentive. The duck leg was crispy but a bit dry. The lamb was good and juicy. The signature steak was huge. We shared a creme caramel which was very good.
