About Briscola Restaurant and Wine Bar

In the charming Cheshire village of Bollington, Briscola Restaurant and Wine Bar is a little Italian gem. Just north of Macclesfield, Briscola prides itself on catering for everyone, hence their menu is loaded with vegan and dairy-free options, as well as gluten-free pizza and pasta. Don’t for a second assume that means the flavours are compromised, however, because they most certainly are not. At Briscola you’ll find antipasti, vibrant salads and premium meat dishes that are laced with quality and taste. Set on Palmerston Street, you’ll of course find a satisfying and varied list of wines at Briscola Restaurant and Wine Bar – this is essential Bollington dining.

Amazing food and great service. Funky atmosphere and very chilled out place. We had mussels and mushroom with goats cheese starter, then veal with crayfish tails and shredded duck rigatoni for main. Delicious.

Lovely food, lovely restaurant, staff very friendly. However I did not score higher as we found it to be very noisy with children (maybe our fault for going early at 7.15) and unfortunately we had to wait 50 minutes for our main course and noticed other people getting theirs before us even though they arrived after us. Food when it arrived was delicious

The food here is always great but the service can be hampered a little by kids that don't know what they are doing . It certainly didn't take away from a lovely evening plenty of customers which they deserve to be busy
