Bindaas means chilled out in Hindu and this sums up this Central Hong Kong restaurant’s vibe, featuring stylish decor taking inspiration from traditional Indian design and casual high chairs and tables. At lunchtime you could chow down on a naanza, an exciting combination of a naan bread and a pizza, like the chilli chicken naanza topped with fried chicken, oriental sauces, onions and bell peppers. Come dinner time we recommend sharing some small dishes. Start with some Lucknoki galawti, smoked plantain and elephant yam patties flavoured with a blend of twenty herbs and spices.
