The steak is the star of the show at Angus, and you can choose from dry aged or wet aged cuts including the 300g Wagyu rump, the 300g rib eye, or the delicious 250g New York Strip. Meat lovers are encouraged to try the BBQ baby back ribs, an American speciality available in a full or half slab, served alongside seasoned potato wedges and a side salad.
