End of Quandoo services in Hong Kong

Quandoo is terminating its services in Hong Kong on December 31st, 2023. This means that making reservations for restaurants in Hong Kong through our Quandoo App or via Quandoo.com.hk won't be possible after December 31st, 2023. Here's what you need to know:

For users who have more than 1,000 Loyalty Points
You can redeem your Loyalty Points until March 31st, 2024.
For users who have less than 1,000 Loyalty Points
You must have at least 1,000 Loyalty Points to redeem them. You have until December 31st, 2023 to collect Loyalty Points.
Can I still receive Loyalty Points?
Yes, you will be able to receive Loyalty Points for completed reservations up to December 31st, 2023.
Is there a due date to redeem my Loyalty Points?
Yes, there is. You can redeem your Loyalty Points until March 31st, 2024.
Can I use my Hong Kong Quandoo account in other countries?
Yes, you can. You can use your credentials to log in to any Quandoo portal available.
Will my personal data be deleted after the closure of the market?
No, your account will continue active in our Quandoo system.
How can I stay updated about future developments or re-entry of Quandoo into the market?
You can always subscribe to our social network accounts and keep updated on the latest news.
How can I contact customer support for further assistance?
Until March 31st, 2024, please reach out to us at service.hk@quandoo.com. Starting from April 1st, 2024, for any inquiries regarding activity in other markets, kindly use the email addresses designated for those specific countries.
What happens if I have a reservation for January onwards?
All reservations from January 1st, 2024 will be cancelled.
